Responsible party: Independent Sensaviora developer
Privacy and support contact: [email protected]
1. Who is responsible
Sensaviora's independent developer is responsible for the application and this Privacy Policy. Privacy and support questions can be sent to [email protected].
2. Data kept on the device
Sensaviora stores the following information in Android app storage:
- Saved patterns and Mix sequences.
- AI feedback and best-pattern results.
- Application, theme, and motor-profile settings.
- The accepted Terms version and acceptance time.
- The name and Bluetooth address of the previously connected device.
This information remains on the device unless the user deletes it, clears app storage, or uninstalls Sensaviora.
3. Bluetooth and permissions
Sensaviora scans for selected compatible Lovense Bluetooth toys and uses device names and addresses to connect, send commands, and request supported device information such as battery level. Battery values are held while needed for the active connection and are not added to saved patterns or account records. On Android 11 and lower, Android may require location permission for Bluetooth scanning. Sensaviora does not use Bluetooth scanning to determine or record physical location.
4. Voice commands and microphone
Voice commands are optional and activate only after the user taps the microphone control and grants permission. While enabled, microphone audio is handled by Android's configured speech-recognition service, which may process audio on the device or transmit it to its provider.
Sensaviora receives recognized text alternatives, uses them to match supported commands, and does not store audio or transcripts. Processing by the recognition provider is governed by that provider's privacy terms.
5. Collection, use, and sharing
The current app does not create a Sensaviora account, upload app data to a Sensaviora server, use analytics or advertising SDKs, or sell personal data. Optional voice input may be processed by the Android speech-recognition provider as described above.
Local information is used only to provide Bluetooth control, saved patterns, adaptive-pattern feedback, preferences, consent records, and plan limits. Sensaviora does not send this app data to its developer.
6. External services
Opening an external shop or another link leaves Sensaviora and launches a browser or another app. The destination may collect information under its own privacy policy.
Google Play processes Sensaviora Pro purchases under Google's privacy and payment terms. Google Play provides the app with localized product details, purchase status, a verification token, and entitlement information so Sensaviora can present the offer, acknowledge a purchase, and enable or restore Pro. Sensaviora does not receive the user's full payment-card details or send billing information to a Sensaviora server.
7. Retention and deletion
Local information is retained until the user deletes individual saved patterns, clears Sensaviora's storage in Android settings, or uninstalls the app. Clearing storage or uninstalling may permanently delete all saved information.
The current build has no Sensaviora server account, so there is no server-side account data to request for deletion. For local deletion:
- Delete individual saved patterns from Sensaviora Settings.
- For all app data, open Android Settings, select Apps, select Sensaviora, then clear storage.
- Uninstalling Sensaviora also removes its Android app storage.
8. Security
Sensaviora relies on Android app-storage isolation. No device storage method is guaranteed to be completely secure. Users should protect access to their phone, use a screen lock, and install operating-system security updates.
9. Adults only
Sensaviora is intended only for adults and is not directed to children. The provider does not knowingly seek personal information from children through the app.
10. Rights and contact
Depending on applicable law, users may have rights concerning personal information processed by the provider. The current app keeps the information described above locally, where users control deletion through the app and Android settings.
Privacy questions may be sent to [email protected]. Include enough detail to identify the question, but do not send intimate pattern information, passwords, identity documents, or payment-card information unless specifically and securely requested.
11. Changes to this policy
This policy may be updated if app features, providers, legal requirements, or data practices change. The updated date will be revised, and material changes will be shown in the app where required.
