By entering or using Sensaviora, the user agrees to these terms. If the user does not agree, they must not enter or use the application.
1. Eligibility and contact
The user must be at least 18 years old, or the legal age of majority where they live, whichever is higher. Sensaviora is provided by its independent developer. Questions may be sent to [email protected].
2. License
The provider grants the user a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Sensaviora on devices the user owns or controls. The user may not reverse engineer, resell, unlawfully copy, interfere with, or use the app to violate another person's rights, except where applicable law expressly permits otherwise.
3. Consent and acceptable use
Sensaviora may be used only for lawful, informed, and freely consensual adult activity. Consent may be withdrawn at any time and use must stop immediately. The app must not be used for coercion, harassment, non-consensual control, use by or involving minors, public misuse, or illegal or unsafe activity.
4. Device safety
Users must follow the connected device manufacturer's instructions and contraindications, test patterns at low intensity, remain able to stop or remove the device physically, and never rely only on an app or voice command as an emergency stop. Voice recognition and displayed battery information may be inaccurate, delayed, or unavailable.
Do not use a damaged or overheating device, leave use unattended, use while asleep, or use where distraction is dangerous. Stop immediately for pain, numbness, irritation, loss of circulation, overheating, unexpected behavior, or discomfort.
5. No medical advice
Sensaviora is for personal entertainment and wellness-style control. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, monitoring, or emergency assistance. Users with a health condition, implanted device, medication, pregnancy, injury, or another concern that could affect safe use should seek advice from a qualified professional and follow the hardware manufacturer's guidance.
6. Adaptive and AI patterns
AI discovery uses in-app feedback to generate and rank patterns. Users may begin from a random candidate or an eligible saved pattern. Generated output may be unexpected and is not a medical or personalized safety recommendation. New patterns should be reviewed at low intensity before normal use and stopped if uncomfortable or unsafe.
7. Bluetooth and compatibility
Sensaviora is designed for selected vibration-based Lovense Bluetooth toys. Compatibility is not guaranteed for every model and can vary with firmware, motor layout, and hardware revisions. Connections may fail, pause, lag, repeat, or disconnect because of distance, interference, battery state, firmware, operating-system behavior, or hardware differences. Users must keep physical access to the device and use its controls or power switch if the app does not respond.
8. Subscriptions and purchases
Sensaviora Basic is available without payment and currently supports up to 30 saved AI or Mix patterns and nine patterns in each Mix. Sensaviora Pro is an optional monthly subscription purchased through Google Play that removes those limits while active. The localized price, billing period, included features, taxes, and renewal terms are shown before purchase.
Pro renews automatically until cancelled in Google Play. Cancellation normally takes effect after the current paid period. Uninstalling Sensaviora does not cancel Pro. Refunds and withdrawal rights follow Google Play's rules and mandatory local law. Subscription pricing or features may change only with the notice and consent required by applicable law and Google Play.
9. Privacy and local data
The Sensaviora Privacy Policy forms part of these terms. Saved patterns, AI feedback, settings, consent records, and previously connected-device details are stored locally on the phone. Google Play provides subscription status so the app can enable and restore Pro. Clearing app storage or uninstalling may permanently delete local app data.
10. Third-party devices and links
Lovense is a trademark of HYTTO PTE. LTD. Sensaviora is an independent app and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Lovense or HYTTO. External shops and products are operated by independent third parties under their own terms, warranties, returns, and privacy policies. The provider may receive a commission from a clearly identified affiliate link without increasing the purchase price.
11. Ownership
Sensaviora, its software, branding, and original content are protected by intellectual-property laws. Device and company names belong to their respective owners. Users retain responsibility for patterns and names they create, but no ownership interest in the app is transferred.
12. Updates and availability
The provider may update, change, suspend, or discontinue features for security, compatibility, legal, or operational reasons. Uninterrupted availability, support for every device, and compatibility of saved data with every future version are not guaranteed.
13. Disclaimers and liability
To the extent permitted by law, Sensaviora is provided as available without warranties not expressly stated here. The provider is not responsible for losses caused by misuse, ignored safety guidance, unsupported or defective third-party hardware, or circumstances outside its reasonable control.
Nothing in these terms excludes mandatory consumer rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited, including liability for fraud or for death or personal injury where applicable law prohibits exclusion.
14. Suspension and termination
Users may stop using the app at any time. Access may be restricted for material misuse, legal requirements, security threats, or violation of these terms. Ending use does not automatically cancel a store subscription; it must be cancelled through the payment provider. Provisions intended to survive termination, including ownership, disclaimers, and liability limits, continue to apply.
15. Changes, law, and disputes
These terms may be revised and the version date will be updated. Material changes will be presented for renewed acceptance where required. Applicable law and courts are determined by mandatory law and the user's country of residence. Mandatory consumer protections and rights to bring a claim in the user's home jurisdiction are not affected. Users should contact [email protected] first so the developer can try to resolve a concern.
16. General terms
If part of these terms is unenforceable, the remaining terms continue to apply. A failure to enforce a term is not a waiver. These terms and the Privacy Policy are the agreement concerning Sensaviora, except for mandatory store or payment-provider terms.
