Common questions

Which toys are compatible?

Sensaviora is designed for selected vibration-based Lovense Bluetooth toys. Compatibility is not guaranteed for every Lovense model and can vary with firmware and motor layout. Confirm support for your exact model before relying on Sensaviora.

No devices appear after scanning

Confirm that the external device is awake, nearby, and not already connected to another phone or manufacturer app. Toggle Bluetooth off and on, restart the device, then scan again. Android 11 and lower may also require Location services during Bluetooth scanning.

The device was previously connected but will not reconnect

Disconnect it from other apps, power-cycle the external device, and use a fresh Scan in Sensaviora. If the saved device is no longer nearby, select another result after scanning.

Output continues briefly after Stop

Bluetooth and voice commands can be delayed by interference, recognition errors, or a lost connection. Use the external device's physical control or power switch immediately. Never rely only on an app or voice command as an emergency stop.

Why is the battery percentage unavailable?

Battery status appears only while a compatible toy is connected and responds to the battery request. Some models or firmware versions may not report a percentage. Refresh the value from the Device connection sheet after connecting.

How do voice commands work?

Tap the microphone button and review the command guide before enabling listening. Voice control is off by default, and microphone permission is requested only when you start it. Speak one supported command at a time. Recognition depends on Android's configured speech service and may be delayed or inaccurate.

How do I delete saved information?

Delete individual patterns from Sensaviora Settings. To remove all local information, clear Sensaviora storage in Android Settings or uninstall the app.

Where is the Pro subscription?

Open Settings and select Upgrade to Pro. Basic supports up to 30 saved AI or Mix patterns and nine patterns in each Mix. Pro removes both limits while the monthly Google Play subscription is active. Use Restore if an active purchase is not detected, or Manage to open Google Play subscription settings.

How do I cancel Pro?

Open Sensaviora Settings, open the Pro plan, and select Manage, or open Google Play's Payments and subscriptions area. Cancellation normally takes effect after the current paid period; deleting Sensaviora does not cancel a subscription.
